I called Phillip on Thursday and he showed up Friday morning as agreed. He was very professional and did a great job. He was scheduled to change 2 ceiling fans and 4 smoke detectors. When he completed that, he asked if I needed anything else done as he knew I was putting the house on the market. I will be calling him if I need additional repairs and would without hesitation recommend him to anyone.
