Haven’t worked with a company like this in a long time. Extremely helpful. Gabe worked with me. Very knowledgeable to our needs. Most places will not spend the time in actually talking to their customers. I am very pleased with ARS and will return with any of my HVAC needs. I have about an 1 1/2 hours drive and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recently had a heating company come out to look at my furnace it shut off sometime in the middle of the night. He charged me $279.00, $195.00 just to come out during normal business hours. Put a main thermal switch that was to high for my furnace. Next day it shut down again in the middle of night called the guy again, asked if we would be charged another service call and he said yes maybe he could lower it but yes another $195.00. He was at our house for 10 minutes the first time. When we contacted ARS we were able to not have to call this repair man. Mind you he put his stickers several places on my furnace, hot water tank, and my sump pump. We need more people like Gabe!!! I called 5 minutes before they closed after our AC fan stopped spinning. Our neighbors had recently used them for a new AC and furnance. Dave was out at 9am the next day, gave us a quote and was back at noon the same day to replace our AC and furnace (which was 20 years old. ) Everything was done before I got home from work. Great customer service, good pricing and overall great work. I highly recommend them!
