My parents are in their 80's and live in Illinois and I live in Florida making it hard to help them from a distance. My best friend that lives in Illinois, Denise, called Ford, set up the appointment for Ford plumbing to come help with the sewer issue that was causing my parents severe stress! Ford went above and beyond to get my parent's sewer issue fixed within a few days PLUS the charge was unbelievably fair for the work they provided for their excellent service! Thank you many times over for what you've done for them and taking the stress of the sewer issue off them!!
