I had an excellent experience at this Love’s Travel Stop for the first time, and I’m truly impressed. Trey (manager) and David (technician) did outstanding work on the maintenance of my Freightliner. Their communication, professionalism, and technical knowledge were top-notch from start to finish. They made sure everything was done thoroughly and with great care. It’s not often you come across a team that combines both skill and great customer service at this level. Highly recommend.

It was a plus I didn't have a long wait time another driver dropped a loaded trailer for me and he said that one blinker wasn't working well kind of funny thing is when I turned on the blinker for the driver side that one was going off besides the passenger side they were quick to find the issue with a bad wiring harness and got it fixed for me in a decent amount of time. Thanks guys for doing an awesome job and getting me back on the road

Took me in shortly after I got there for a tire replacement. Most of the staff was great. Just 1 guy comes out there as one of the techs was showing me something telling me I must wait in the waiting room. Then proceeded to leave and kept his name tagged covered by a shirt hanging over his shoulder. I tried to tell him what I was doing but he just cut me off talking and demanded I go away to the waiting room. Then why ask me to come back there then demand that? Think it’s time for Loves to train there employees how to talk to paying customers
