About Love's Travel Stop
Love's Travel Stop is a well-maintained facility with a reputation for cleanliness. The parking lot is tidy, and the staff are friendly. The truck stop offers ample parking for large vehicles, making it an ideal stop for truckers. While some reviewers have reported minor issues, such as insects in the showers and a rude cashier, the overall experience is generally positive. The facility features an Arby's restaurant, which is temporarily closed during the day for unknown reasons. The bathrooms and shower rooms have been described as being in poor condition, with rust and grime on the surfaces. However, the drink fountains are up-to-date. The owner, Gasper, has been praised for his quick response and efficient service in addressing a customer's complaint about a faulty shower. With a convenient location and helpful amenities, Love's Travel Stop remains a reliable choice for those traveling through the area.
Had to call emergency services for a tire change and the manufacturer got with this Love's and on duty was the nicest hardest working service tech I've ran into in a very long time. It was cold and on top of that, the lugs were seized. The techs name is Eleanor but known as Ellie, he never gave up and by golly he got that tire changed. Great job Ellie!!
Every car parking spot in front of the gas pumps and also the side drive through side parking lot smells like urine! I've never smelled a Love's parking lot stink this bad!! You guys need to pressure wash the whole lot.
The sad part is that all the employees I've met here are really nice here.
Went here on the way to the Bristol Renaissance Faire! Lovely, well stocked and clean. Wanted to specifically shout out Jayson, the manager, who was so kind and sweet. He made my day!! Thanks Jayson! The world needs more people like you!
