They offer American-made, high-quality cabinetry, a wide selection of tiles and surfaces, and handle projects from start to finish with their team of licensed plumbers, electricians, and carpenters.
Customers have praised Century Kitchens & Bath for their exceptional customer service, with staff members keeping them informed throughout the remodeling process. They have been commended for their ability to promptly address any issues or concerns, even if they fall outside of the company's responsibility. The crew is described as friendly, courteous, and professional, with great workmanship.
One customer was particularly satisfied with the affordability of their kitchen remodel, despite it being a large project that involved moving plumbing and removing walls. However, there were delays in the project timeline due to issues with the cabinet manufacturer shipping the wrong color cabinets twice. Some customers have noted that the cabinets were not of the highest quality, with uneven paint and inconsistent drawer mechanisms.
The contractors' cleanliness during the remodeling process has been a point of feedback, with some customers having to clean up dust and debris themselves. Despite these minor issues, customers have been overwhelmingly happy with the finished remodeling projects, praising the company for their help and guidance throughout the design and completion process.
