Anthony our tech was so awesome and professional. Gave us a complete detailed explanation of everything he was going to do. Was a great young man. Justin who came out to explain other more permanent fix's couldn't have been better really informative and knowledgeable and super polite and helpful. Overall the service was a 10 I want ever use anyone else.

We've used Roto-Rooter numerous times for clearing our lower level drain lines. They've always had good service technicians. Nick Groth was especially efficient, polite, and thorough. We'll continue to use Roto-Rooter because of their quality service and technicians.
