Installer was here at 9 a.m. and done by 1 p.m. I wish I could remember his name because he was one of the most professional person I have ever dealt with, he had an answer to all of our questions and explained everything about the door. I will definitely call the door store again great people to deal with.
I needed windows and doors for the front of my home as well as the basement and a detached garage. When I contacted some of the big name window replacement companies, they said they did not do basements or detached garages. The Door Store does!
My home looks great inside and out. The installers took great care of my home and left it cleaner than when they came.
My windows were installed in February. When I had problems closing one of the windows 4 months later, I called them. One of their installers stopped by and fixed the problem in a couple of days.
