Unprofessional conduct, rudeness, impoliteness, and hidden fees.As a first-time user of maintenance services, I reached out to the company via email to get a quote for the required services. A quote was provided, and the service was booked based on that quote, but when I received the invoice, I noticed an undisclosed traveling fee of $100, which should have been communicated to me upfront so I could make an informed decision about using their services. Furthermore, the technician was 30 minutes late to the appointment, but I was still charged for that time. They'll charge you twice the time needed for a job and then an additional $150 for a re-scheduled appointment. 3 stars because final work looks good and overall interactions were polite and professional.

Our floors turned out AMAZING!!! We absolutely LOVE them! Mark and Eduardo are very professional and we were so appreciative that they showed up on time every day they were here! We had a few different companies work on our basement and Mark and his guys are the best!
