Nancy has been an amazing asset to the UPS Carol Stream Distribution Center.Over the past few months, Nancy has engaged with the management staff to ensure temporary associates are properly onboarded and trained in all of their respective duties. Nancy has ensured she herself is trained in our SOP's through hands on training with our UPS management. Through this training, we have been able to retain more temporary associates adding to our positive customer experiences!
