We’ve been customers since 1991 and have enjoyed wonderful customer service! We can always count on this family owned business. Mr & Mrs Hafer are a joy to work with and they work tirelessly!! Whenever we’ve had an urgent need, it was met with care and professionalism. In a time where businesses are closing all around us, Hafer Cleaner’s staying power speaks for itself!!

This is the best cleaners the Dupage area hands down they fixed my jacket and cleaned my coat it looks better than new and so efficient and professional I will continue business with this establishment

I needed to have a dress repaired (because a different alteration company ruined the fabric). The dress was a beautiful green satin, and I wasn't very hopeful that it would be repaired. Brian looked over it and said he would do the best he can, but couldn't make any promises since the dress even said to "spot clean only." He gave me a 2 day estimate to pick it up, which was perfect since the wedding I was wearing it for was less than a week away. When we came to pick it up, it was FLAWLESS. It looked BRAND NEW.
