“Fernando was amazing in every sense. He is professional and very knowledgeable in his talent. I got the exact color I wanted along with the biggest chop of my life. I was soo nervous with soo many big changes to my hair but it came out soo much better then I could have imagined it would! I highly recommend Fernando! 10/10”
