This firm was hired to collect a $120.00 debt, which was due to a misunderstanding on my part. I paid it while on the phone. The representative with whom I spoke was courteous and professional. I would say that if you treat others with respect, they're likely to return the favor. I suspect that this firm deals with a lot of deadbeats, who start off the conversation disrespectfully. Hence the poor reviews.

All these people on here giving this company 1star are people who owes money if you don't agree with the way things are handled pay your bills on time and if you are aware of any dispute about a bill resolve the matter before it escalate to a collection agency. The people that contact you are calling to help you resolve an issue or bill that you couldn’t do on your own so to call them incompetent or dumb is an insult when evidently you need they help. Also remember they didn’t place you in collections another company did so don’t kill the messenger!!!
