I reached out to Mr. Oleg yesterday morning regarding my Microsoft Surface 5 laptop. Although it’s only two years old, I had been dealing with ongoing software issues that I could no longer resolve on my own. He quickly returned my call after I left a voicemail, and by that same evening, I had my laptop back working as if I had just purchased it brand new!!!
He completely wiped the software clean while still preserving all of my saved files, which I truly appreciated. My laptop is now running much faster, and it has even stopped overheating.

I am a 78 year old lady who is not very tech savvy. I was having problems with my computer for sometime, but did nothing as I was not looking forward to switching to a new computer.
I finally had to do something, so I contacted Oleg at Valueline Computer Services. After telling Oleg about my computer and the problems I was having, I was surprised that his recommendation was to replace my drive with a newer version.
Oleg picked up my computer late Friday afternoon and returned it to me on Sunday afternoon. It has NEVER worked so good, all my files were there, and the cost was minimal.
Absolutely worthy of five stars. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Everything you need to know about computers is here. Any help, any computer restoration or upgrade can be handled. I 100% recommend this company without a doubt. Give a call if you have an issue and I assure you, you will not be left with doubt.
