The stylists, like Kelly, are compassionate and skilled, ensuring a fantastic haircut experience even for children with special needs. Brenda, known for her fast and well-done cuts, goes the extra mile by giving out certificates and keeping a celebratory locket for the child's first haircut. Highly recommended for a stress-free and enjoyable haircut experience for kids.
Brenda was amazing today. My 3 year old son HATES getting his haircut but I couldn't put this off any longer. I was dreading today because I knew there was a good possibility we would drive all the way there, experience a major meltdown, and end up having to leave before actually getting the service. But Brenda was a superhero! She didn't let his whining and crying stop her. Brenda has everything to make these kids feel special - iPad, toys, lollipops, the works. Despite my son screaming the entire time, Brenda was able to make him look great for the holidays. It takes talent to cut the hair of a screaming child sitting on mom's lap, but she managed to do it within 10 minutes. When we got in the car to leave, he said "I liked her." I burst out laughing and knew I had to write a review. I will definitely be back there (if she'll have us) and highly recommend her professionalism, efficiency, and overall kindness. Thanks, Brenda!!
My highly active 3yo had never had a haircut, it started with wanting to be just like an older sibling... But it became more and more clear that he didn't enjoy long hair - just didn't want anyone touching it (including regular washing a brushing). We have had such amazing experiences here, now he can't wait to get for his next scheduled haircut ❤
We have been bringing our son here for years. This is a place you go when you want a solid cut, with no fuss by experienced stylists who know how to handle kids and all their wiggling, nose picking, and general aggravation with getting a haircut. They are unphased, there’s no judgement. My son has a number of sensory issues they are sensitive to and accommodate without issue. If you are clear and specific about what you want, you will get that. But this isn’t like an adult salon…they aren’t going to “interpret” what you want for you kid based on vague, flowery descriptions. They are quick.
