Excellent staff, excellent service! I have had so many bad experiences with dentists over the years. I'm really happy with the experiences I've encountered so far with both the dentist office, and orthodontist in this company. My daughter has had nothing but painful visits at several dentist offices since she was 5. She's 15 now and has a huge fear of dentists. Metro Square made her (and me) feel very much at ease. They were thorough and kind. I am so happy to have found a great practice!
Came into the office today I needed a crown went to see Dr. Saadoon very professional gentle handed walked you through step-by-step always check to make sure I was OK. I recently had a crown done by Dr. Noweder and everything went really smoothly. Both the temporary and the permanent crowns fit perfectly—no weird pressure or adjustment period like I’ve had with other dentists. This one felt great from the start. I’m super happy with the result and would definitely recommend Dr. Noweder.
I have also found the billing department easy to work with. In particular the office manager there was great when I had some issues in the past with my bill. All got straightened out fairly for both parties.
