It was a great pleasure to work with DePaolo’s Floor Covering on our carpet needs. The customer service was exceptional from the moment I entered the store. The quote came quickly and was much better than “big box” stores and the quality of the carpet was supreme. The carpet installers, Robert and Summer, drove to Mattoon for the install. They were professional and so very pleasant and accommodating. Such a great experience! I highly recommend DePaolos and hope to schedule more work in the near future!

Dr. Jed Cox is kind and professional. He is easy to get in with and has known exactly what to do to remedy each particular chiropractic health concern I’ve had. His staff is a lot of fun and are knowledgeable with insurance. I’m glad my family and I have Corrective Chiropractic Care in our neighborhood!

Great group of people to work with from the sales, to the implementation, (I had 2 different jobs done. Sealed Rubber roof job and gutter guards on my house and 3 out buildings) and the office and billing were very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend them.

The blonde girl does amazing, the brunette seemed to come up with every excuse to not cut my hair, at first it was my hoodie, I didn't have another shirt on underneath then she suggested I turn my hoodie around, then she said the cost was $25 so I had to leave to go get more cash, then when I returned I went to the blonde girl and she started immediately and then told me it was only $17. I will absolutely go to her over the other. She seems more experienced and alot more personable than the other.
