Very unprofessional and inconsiderate towards persons living in the neighborhood where they are excavating. I certainly would not recommend them based on my observations of their work habits.
Sent a low original bid then executed work for 10% of project square footage. Sent an invoice for that 10% work and it was higher than the original bid on the entire job. Also sent an official revised bid that came in 3x higher. Blamed COVID, but original bid was received in April 2021, at the peak of prices.Now I can't afford any of the remaining concrete work... Guess it's grass sidewalks and gravel driveway after all.
