Craig-Air Cooling & Heating

Craig-Air Cooling & Heating provides professional service and expertise with a fast response for overdue maintenance. Customers highly recommend this small business that treats people like family and makes needs a priority. The HVAC system suggested by Craig was installed, and customers were very pleased with comfort at 76 degrees compared to a 30-year old conventional system at 68 degrees. The new system takes the humidity out of the air. Customers have worked with Craig Air a long time and rely on them for service work. They are ethical, treat the customer right, are independently owned, and aren’t like most companies managed by a private equity group. One technician found and fixed a poor cooling problem within 20 minutes, was an amazing technician, and was good with dogs and kids under foot. Service was great; a technician arrived within two hours of calling, was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and got AC blowing cold air the same day. Customers will not hesitate to call Craig Air again and highly recommend them.
