Black Sheep Barber Shop is a great little spot worth visiting. The shop is locally owned by two sisters who are friendly and great conversationalists. They offer a simple, no-frills service with reasonable prices. A good haircut, including a straight edge razor neck trim, can be had for under $20. While walk-ins may have a wait, appointments can be made and customers can expect a great conversation while getting a cut.
My 10 year old wanted to visit a barber for “the experience”. It was a great experience. Very chill, welcoming and was great with kids. Her finesse and finished cut was perfection. Exactly what he wanted. She even got him to answer a few questions and he generally won’t talk to anyone new so kudos for that too!
My 5 year old had his hair cut at a hair salon chain in the area. He came home, and I instantly started searching for someone else to fix it. I messaged Casey in the afternoon and she made room for him the next morning even though her schedule was booked. My son had a cowlick so bad that I had started calling him Kate Gosselin, and now he’s my handsome little man again. His hair is now straight and even instead of a downward slope on the left side of his head. We will be going to Black Sheep exclusively moving forward.
