Over the years I've had brakes, tires changed and repaired, bearings, oil changes and other items taken care of by Gauger. He always is efficient and honest in all my dealings with him and never tries to overcharge or raise the price after the fact. The one other review from the person that pulled her car in front of his parking lot entrance is a completely unfair evaluation of his service as a mechanic. Down the street along his business is residential and has plenty of parking and I really don't see why any courteous person would block a business's parking lot when there are blocks worth of empty spaces just 50 feet away and THEN give a poor rating because she was too...read full review

We have used Gauger Motors to service my Toyota Corolla since me moved to Tremont in 2016. The service is great. We trust them not to rip us off. He does our oil changes for a very reasonable price. Trust is a big issue here--small town business that you can rely on. He always gets the service done the same day. It is just a great experience all around!
