I went with my aunt and my mom for mother’s day weekend the service was great the people doing the massage was great! however the front desk person is so rude and demands more money for tips, like who does he think he is. I can’t tip however much i want. i tipped 10 bucks and he threw my money down and made a face completely unhappy on custom service. won’t be coming back!
WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. My fiance and I have been going here for a couple of years. The service is great but customer service is the worst. We went yesterday, we arrived about 30 minutes early. The man behind the counter said we were too early for our appointment and that we should come back later when they have a waiting area. So we waited in the car for 30 minutes. While we were being escorted to the back he said be quit no talking, but while we were getting our message they were talking the whole time. Love this place! David is the best. 60,00 for a 1 hour massage including tip is a deal. People that complain about having to tip their masseuse, don't understand the value they're getting.
