My experience with this company was poor. Two exit signs that required to be replaced was $635 for 1.25 hours of work. I even supplied the exit signs and the technician broke the water protective cover for one of the signs stating he didn’t have the tool to remove the cover. I explained that I had one, but he said he did know so he broke it off the wall. When asked about feedback, the representative was not receptive of my experience and became defensive. It appears workers are subcontractors and not employees. I don’t recommend this company.
We had an electrician come out yesterday to replace an LED light fixture over the bathtub. The electrician did good work. However the $360 price tag for one hour of his time I thought was a bit exorbitant. If you go with this company you will get good, same-day service! It will just cost you quite a bit of money.
Jack was extremely helpful with our estimate on replacing knob and Tube that we thought we needed for new wiring. But after talking it over nothing was needed to update. He was very helpful making us comfortable with what we had at no charge. Highly recommend Tinley Electrician Co.
