Dr Thomas John is knowledgeable in his field. However, his Office Manager is beyond rude! Openly discussing patient’s outstanding balances in front of other patients. It is unprofessional, embarrassing, and intentional patient shaming. She also berates employees in front of patients. There is a huge staff turnover.
