Without a doubt the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! The second I stepped foot in there I knew it was for me. The trainers are absolutely amazing and truly care about each and every client. I will never go to another gym again!!! ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Eric at The Train Station! I was fresh out of physical therapy and I couldn’t have picked a better spot to be. Personalized care all the way around. The members are lots of fun too!

If you are looking for a place that is inclusive and zero judgment, the Train Station is where you need to be. The trainers are not there to just get you in and out - they actually do take the time to listen and encourage you to challenge yourself to meet your fitness goals. The routines put together are always fresh and challenging. I look forward to seeing what we are doing when I walk through the door. Aside from the training, this is the only place that has actually lived up to the “fit family” name for me. Everyone who shows up to work out has been welcoming and encouraging to one another.
