SimonMed offers advanced outpatient diagnostic imaging at affordable prices, with 175+ convenient locations. People there very friendly and accommodating. They were very patient and accommodating, taking time to make sure patients were comfortable on the table with strategically placed pillows. The process was explained as it went along, which was appreciated. Great team of folks. Check in was easy, taken in on time, and techs were great. For a CT of the wrist, patients were given a disk and out the door in 20 minutes. For an MRI of the brain with and without contrast, staff made patients feel comfort during the process, checking in continuously, walking through every step, and helping calm nerves. One patient noted surprise that three hours after a test, another scheduler called to schedule the same test. A very busy location, so a little bit of waiting is understood after seeing how staff take their time making sure patients are comfortable and not rushed.
