SimonMed offers advanced outpatient diagnostic imaging at affordable prices, with 175+ convenient locations. People there very friendly and accommodating. They were very patient and accommodating, taking time to make sure patients were comfortable on the table with strategically placed pillows. The process was explained as it went along, which was appreciated. Great team of folks. Check in was easy, taken in on time, and techs were great. For a CT of the wrist, patients were given a disk and out the door in 20 minutes. For an MRI of the brain with and without contrast, staff made patients feel comfort during the process, checking in continuously, walking through every step, and helping calm nerves. One patient noted surprise that three hours after a test, another scheduler called to schedule the same test. A very busy location, so a little bit of waiting is understood after seeing how staff take their time making sure patients are comfortable and not rushed.
The lady at the front desk was very kind and caring. I had been sitting in the front waiting area for awhile after my exam. She came from her desk to ask was someone coming to get and if I needed anything. That is something I have not experienced before. My tech was professional and she gave me option of ear plugs or 🎧 again new experience. I highly recommend SimonMed Imaging to every doctor office.

This was my first time at SimonMed Imaging for a MRI of the brain with and w/o contrast! If you have ever had to put that cage around your head you know it’s dreadful! But Debbie at SimonMed made me feel so much comfort during the process, she checked in with me continuously asked if I was ok she walked me through every step and help calm my nerves!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
