1st American Builder of Chicago did a fantastic job on my windows! Jim answered all my questions, and I didn't have to sit through hours of a sales pitch. I said what I wanted, he followed the rules set about coloring and type with my condo association, gave me a great price, and the set-up to get it all done was quick and easy. The installer, Pete, did a great job and even fixed the caulk to my satisfaction. He is the high standard of a small business that my Dad taught me to always look for and hire. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of windows.
Jim was great to work with. Always kept you informed on the status of the project. They did a great siding and deck job on my daughter's house and set a shower floor in my downstairs bath. Great guy to work with.
