Technician Dakota was outstanding in every way...smart, polite, focused, careful. He knew when he needed backup instead of pushing ahead on his own. The job became difficult, but Dakota kept his cool, staying all afternoon until the job was RIGHT. We were impressed with his professionalism and outright charm.
Shaun and Colten were very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent communication throughout the job. They took the extra steps to make sure everything was in proper working order. This was a big job with water line replacement inside the house from shutoff to all sinks, showers, toilets, etc. and replaced all drain pipes including the main drain inside the house. They also cleaned the area after completing the job.
We also wanted share that we had the estimate completed and Roto Rooter had a crew assigned and started the job two days later.
The service rep had the expertise and equipment to find and show us our broken pipe. Even revealed where our buried septic tank is located - not where we thought btw. Thanks to Blaine!
