I was concerned with my fur baby Pete. The staff scheduled me quickly. Dr. Lamp gave Pete one of the MOST thorough exams I have ever witnessed at the clinic. She looked and listened to every little part. She listened to all my information and questions. We formed a plan for further on in the upcoming weeks. I left with more knowledge about my pet. Dr. Lamp is kind and compassionate as well as the rest of the staff.
We brought our sweet girl in to get spayed on Monday. The staff kept us up to date throughout the day and then made sure that I had the numbers and emails should we have any emergency. Dr Lamb and the entire staff were wonderful at every step.
I wish I could put into words how helpful this office was. Last week, we had to euthanize our beloved family cat Chester. We will miss him every second of every day! The staff explained step by step the process + answered questions. And today we received a beautiful handwritten note. Thank you!!!
