Called Yard Heating & Cooling at 8:05 on Monday morning after being gone for 7 days on vacation. AC was blowing hot. They said they were super busy with calls that had come in over the weekend. I told them it wasn’t a rush. I had the windows open and fans going. Of course it started raining! But Matthew called at 2:30 asking if it was a good time to come and check out the AC. He was here, troubleshooting, and repaired in less than an hour. Thankfully it was nothing major and he was able to get it repaired! I Highly recommend Yard Heating & Cooling!

I came home around 7:00pm on 01/27/26 to a furnace that was running but not putting out heat. It was around zero degrees outside that night. I called Yard Heating and Cooling expecting to leave a voicemail for the following day. To my surprise the call was picked up on the second ring. I had a conversation with Matthew who was preparing to come out to my house. He walked me through some troubleshooting after asking if I was comfortable doing so. The problem ended up being a simple fix. Just wanted to thank him for the help. He could have drove out and charged me who knows how much for an after hours call. Jeremy explained the problem without making me feel like a fool! Who knew thermostats had batteries separate from the furnace?! He checked to see that the furnace responded to the thermostat and had no trouble saying yes when asked if he could do a maintenance check for me. Overall, very pleased with the service I received. THANK YOU!!!
