Really dislike this Vision Center. The women are only nice if you are purchasing. If you have a problem with the quality of your order, they are horrible. Drive the short distance to Litchfield. They are wonderful

We have been using Walmart Vision Center for almost 4 years for our families glasses and contacts. They have been amazing. Teri and her team have gone way above what I was expecting for customer service. The prices of lens and frames were very fair and the quality has been great. We have had warranty issues and they went out of their way to make things right.

This is one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I have encountered. The technicians were consistently curt when responding to inquiries, giving the impression that my questions were an inconvenience. It is evident that there is a need for formal Customer Service training to improve their communication skills and enhance their representation of the business. Had I been a secret shopper, the service would likely have been rated below average. WOW !!! :(
