I’ve never had a problem here the other woolens are always polite and listen to what I want I’ve also came in on short notice and just showed Bill a picture of what I wanted and it came out perfect I might be coming back again this week lord knows I need a pedi ❤️❤️?

They did not take their time with my nails at all. My fingers were gritty and dusty the entire time. In my experience they dust your fingers off each time they do any dipping. I picked a color that should have had a white layer underneath but they only put on the glitter layer. I also have a few imperfections in my nails which I am pretty sure is due to him using paper towels for everything and not properly cleaning the nails off after doing so. I list all growth due to him being so rough with my nails and he then asked if i bite my nails (never have had an issue with this).
