I had bad experience at a completely different salon, I was not sure how bad my hair was cut, after I left that appointment, I went to my car and started making calls to see who was available to fix my hair, not knowing how bad it was. Upper Cut was my second call, Shannon listened to me cry on the phone and fit me in to sort my hair out between everything she had going on (it really wasn't THAT bad, but still needed fixing), she explained everything to me, listened, and was just so kind.
