I can’t say enough great things about Heather and her practice. I was barely able to walk with painful spasms through my leg three weeks ago. We were able to pinpoint the cause to be a herniated disk in my lower back. She was thorough in her assessment as well as confident in her plan of treatment. I was especially impressed by her ability to explain things plainly to someone who may be unfamiliar with the world of joints. She gave me just two simple stretches to do every 1-2 hours and I was well on my way to recovery.
