Was in town and called ahead to see if they could accommodate 2 of us. Didn’t ask our name or anything but said sure. We get there and it wasn’t the cleanest place and certainly not very organized. They say yes to everyone that calls or stops in. My friends tech kept changing but both were in the middle of pedicure. Not going to be free anytime soon. She said no to having her nails done as I was having mine done and instead of having them done together - we would spend double the time doing one of us first then the next. Totally a money grab with no concern about customer experience.

I’ve been going to Kayla Nail Spa for years, and I’ll never go anywhere else! The entire team is incredibly friendly, and they truly know their craft when it comes to nails. I just had to share how amazing my nails look after my appointment—I'll let them speak for themselves! ? On top of that, Kayla’s prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend!

i come here with my family each time & i always find a new color to do on the nails& there is SOOOOO many choices ! I am always happy every single time i go here. All of the nail techs are wonderful, i especially like the guy nail tech! its a hit every time with each person though. i always leave happy!
