I have had several Deep Massage Therapy sessions with Amanda due to right shoulder pain. Amanda is very nice and has successfully alleviated my pain after just a few appointments. Elevate has always been prompt, helpful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Amanda and Elevate Wellness.
Amanda is amazing! Recovering from ACDF surgery has been hard, but she makes me feel safe, truly listens, and adapts to my needs. Her deep tissue work has unlocked incredible progress with my physical therapy and getting back to yoga. Also, her weekend hours are incredibly convenient. I cannot recommend her enough for real healing and pain relief, both for muscles and the nervous system. So glad my PT recommended this location. My husband goes now too for old sports injuries and really appreciates her work. Thank you!
I had a great massage at Elevate! She addressed all the issues I had, applied the right amount of pressure and I came away feeling totally relaxed and have less pain than I have had for several months!
