I have used Dorr many times in the last decade, and they always are top-notch across the board. Appointments are easy to get, even same-day. All servicemen have been knowledgeable, friendly, and terrific to work with. Garbage disposal, sump pump, toilet replacement, pipe repair...they do it all and at a fair price. Definitely one of the best in the DeKalb area.
Highly recommend! They have done several different jobs for us - installing sump pumps, fixing toilets, including one that was rocking very badly - and all have been done very thoroughly - at very reasonable costs.
