I called Breezy concerning my AC not being cool enough and was greeted with a friendly polite response when explaining my situation. My appointment was for the next day which Jacob one of the technician called and ask if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointmet and I was very happy about that since it was hot in my home. Excellent service with friendly disposition is always what I get from this company. I am a senior and feel very comfortable because I was told what the problem was and it was rectified in a short time. I evicted a tenant and found that he had disassembled 2 furnaces in my building. It was clear that some parts were broke and some were missing. I called Breezys, assuming I would be told I needed two new furnaces. The technician assessed the furnaces and in a short time he had one furnace reassembled and working with parts that were there, but it was still going to need a condensate pump. He ordered the parts needed to reassemble the other furnace. He came back a couple of days later and got that one repaired. I had a number in mind that I was expecting to pay for new furnaces.
