Would like to thank Chris for such timely service. He was amazing very professional and knowledgeable even taught me a thing or two about the dryers and so forth. I would recommend him to anyone that I know his prices were very reasonable and his service impeccable.
Called Arrowhead Appliance left Chris a message first thing on a Wednesday. He called me back a few hours later and we discussed the issue and agreed was most probably the pump failing on our 13 yr old Bosh 300 series Dishwasher. Chris ordered the part and said he should have it Friday and be able to come out for the Service call the following Monday with the new pump. Chris arrived late Monday morning as promised a half hour early. Chris is a very likeable guy and we hit it off immediately. We are both Veterans and actually the same age born 4 days apart. Felt like I’ve known the guy my whole life. Chris jumped in right away and began tearing the dishwasher apart....read full review
