Called Arrowhead Appliance left Chris a message first thing on a Wednesday. He called me back a few hours later and we discussed the issue and agreed was most probably the pump failing on our 13 yr old Bosh 300 series Dishwasher. Chris ordered the part and said he should have it Friday and be able to come out for the Service call the following Monday with the new pump. Chris arrived late Monday morning as promised a half hour early. Chris is a very likeable guy and we hit it off immediately. We are both Veterans and actually the same age born 4 days apart. Chris was great. Incredible customer service and a very reasonable price. He did not nickel and dime me for time and made me a priority when he knew I needed to have it fixed before leaving town. This is the second time I’ve hired him and will definitely hire him again if needed.
