The clinic aims to provide the highest standard of veterinary care for pets, friendly and informative services for clients, and a superior working environment for employees. Services include dental and surgical procedures, as well as preventive care. The staff at Shiloh Veterinary Clinic are knowledgeable, caring, and treat pets as if they were their own. Clients have had wonderful experiences, with the staff being described as kind, thorough, and friendly. The clinic consistently delivers great care, and pets get excited to see the staff. Clients have mentioned that their pets are always comfortable and happy to be there, and the clinic truly cares for them as if they were their own.
We have used their services twice, once for a sedated nail trim for our dog, and once for a dental cleaning for our cat. Both times were exceptional service. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they keep you updated on how your pet is doing throughout the day. They are transparent with pricing. It’s obvious they care about you and your pets; they only met our dog Ellie once for a nail trim, and we had scheduled her to get it done again. My new kitten had a wonderful first vet experience. He felt safe and loved everyone working here. The prices and services were explained to me clearly and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend
If you're looking for a great veterinarian , this is the place for you. Everyone is so kind. My cat has anxiety issues when going to the vet. I got medicine to calm her down. The vet tech AND the doctor were incredibly thorough and kind. Dr. Kinnunen explained the issues she found with my cat. Valerie, vet tech, even called to see how my cat was doing. Great people!!!
