HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONAL!
A very pleasant surprise in a service industry that has the potential to not be honest. Two men came the same day I called and determined the problem quickly and resolved the situation thoroughly. They could have performed all sorts of activities to run up a bill and taken advantage like others have done. I would have not been the wiser. The issue was simple. The bill reflected it's simple solution with a service call fee. they even cleaned up some of the iron shaving that came from the under the concrete pipe that caused the backup to occur.

Drain backing up for 2 weeks. Called Red's they came the same day, cleared the sewer line and was completely done in 40 minutes and extremely reasonable. Very kind guys and communicative. Will use from now on! Great job and I'm very happy!! 😊
I had a backup called and left a message on Sunday. Much to my delight Brad called back within 20mins. He asked what was going on. I told him and he said he could come out Monday afternoon. They were here for less than an hour taking care of a root ball. More than fair price ant top notch service 5 star service!!!
