We had a great experience with this company! We received a letter from State Farm stating that we needed to replace our roof or they would drop our homeowner's insurance.

We called JS and Sons and they scheduled a time to come out for our free estimate. David was very friendly and helpful and gave us our detailed estimate as well as climbing up on our roof and using some sealant to help fix an area that was leaking. He made sure we were fully informed and gave us a folder with all the information we needed. He answered all of our questions and was overall just a really nice guy.

Once we were ready to put down a deposit and get the materials ordered we spoke with Jaycie and she was very friendly and helpful as well. She walked us through the whole ordering process and handled our multiple phone calls and questions with patience and a great attitude. She made sure to keep us updated during the waiting process and she even offered her personal number to us when their phone lines wouldn’t allow us to leave a message.

When it came time for the roof to be installed they had all the materials and the dumpster delivered to our house the day before and showed up nice and early in the morning and got straight to work. We have a “complicated” roof with multiple different materials (rubber, shingle, and some metal) and they ensured they had everything they needed to complete the job. The bulk of the roof was replaced in just one day with them only needing to come back to do the finishing touches the next day. The crew did a great job cleaning up and made sure that my yard was left looking better than before!

Jeff was the one who came back to do the finishing touches and final inspection and he did a phenomenal job! He is the definition of a hard worker and someone who truly puts care into his work. He really went above and beyond and put the effort in to make sure that our roof turned out better than we ever expected and better than the old roof ever was! He made sure that there was no chance for any leaks to happen and we appreciate his hard work and dedication so much!!

We are beyond pleased with the job that they did for us and we will not hesitate to call them back in the future for any other construction projects that we need and will definitely recommend them to other people needing work done. Thank you JS and Sons!
