I had asked days before if an inspo picture could be done for my hair, to which I got no response. I then went into the Salon and Cristina said she could do it asked if I had died my hair before to which I said yes but I hadn’t had anything done to my hair in over 2 years but the ends I admit were still dyed. The next day I went in and in the end I didn’t get what I wanted or even close. I told her I wanted it lighter but she said it’ll get lighter in the next 2 weeks.. ok. It’s super blotchy, Ive got grey hairs to light blonde streaks to dark ones. I don’t understand the concept of agreeing to something knowing you cannot execute it. Do not come here if you're a guy and you want a haircut, I grew out my hair for 3 years and i wanted a medium sized haircut but instead they gave me a short haircut that looked nothing like the photo that i showed them. And needless to say the haircut was awful.
