The workers did a beautiful job installing our roofing materials. The materials were delivered in a neat and timely manner. The workers re-installed my tv satellite dish, and it works fine. My only negative is that I found a lot of nails in the yard after they were finished.
From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, Central Roofing of Bloomington did a fantastic job of keeping us informed of any changes or issues that needed addressed. Our point of contact was Jeran Craig, and he was friendly, professional and kept us updated throughout the whole process.Once they started, they finished in a very reasonable time, and when done, they made sure to fully clean and straighten out the construction area, leaving it as good if it better than before. After the tornado that hit Charleston on June 17, our home sustained roof damage. That same night, Aron White from Central Roofing came out and quickly tarped our roof to help prevent any additional damage. That immediate response gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful time.
Aron continued to go above and beyond by being here when our insurance adjuster inspected the damage, making sure everything was identified and documented correctly. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help throughout the entire process made a difficult situation so much easier.
