I was cautious bringing my favorite faux fur coats there but the manager (Sophie?) was so nice and helpful. She was patient and really took the time to assure me that everything would be fine. She even tried calling me during the week. If I owned a company, I would hire her in about 5 seconds. Even though it I further from my house than other dry cleaners, will bring all of my dry cleaning here. I also like that their cleaning solutions are more environmentally friendly. Great place and fantastic manager!

I wanted to make this my new cleaner now that I have retired and no longer close to my prior cleaner. After almost a year of trying them, I have changed. I never asked for anything special yet I felt like I was a bother when I was there. Final straw was after a dozen shorts were pressed with the crease on the SIDE (the real crease was ignored and still showed on several pairs)over 2 visits. Inquired if this was normal and was told she doesn’t press them. They tried to do my repairs but maybe I will have to go to someone who fixes leather, they did great job on the cleaning an surprised me with the service. Just remember they send stuff out, don't button or zip your stuff! LoL
