Keith took a look at our camper fridge when it had suddenly stopped working while we were on the road. We were fortunate to be close to his shop. He checked for power and a good flame, and gave us realistic advice about what to expect. Good advice is not always good news but his knowledge helped us plan for the rest of our trip.

Keith from RV doctor came out to my trailer to diagnose my furnace that wasn't firing up. He was on time and immediately went to work. He performed a few tests which didn't reveal the problem. He then removed the furnace to do some further tests at his shop. As he loaded the furnace into the bed of his truck he noticed that a switch on the furnace was in the off position. The only access to this switch was by removing the furnace. Keith could have not said anything about the switch and taken the furnace to his shop and charged me for something that wasn't really the problem. The RV Doctor has been winterizing our trailers at Woodhaven since 1978 only had a leak once in the 80's they fixed it N/C. We have had them out to fix the heat they were able to come right out and save our weekend. Nice people to work with and their prices are reasonable.
