In the last few days I have ordered 2 arrangements from Bygones and Buds. The first was for a funeral and the second was for my sister. Each time I called, the person on the phone helping me was very patient and kind, answering all of my questions and offering suggestions. I was ordering from many states away so I was at their mercy but I felt their price was very fair and the arrangements were both amazing for the price I paid! If I need a florist in the Stronghurst area ever again Bygones and Buds has my business! I highly recommend them for all your floral needs!! I spoke to Jim when I ordered the first arrangement and I’m so disappointed I can’t remember the ladies name I spoke to when I ordered the second arrangement but they were both incredibly kind! They also sent me photos of each arrangement which I really appreciated! Thank you both for excellent customer service! Karen
Called and was put on their wait list for broken, frozen pipes..only waited 1 day!!! Great service!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!
Thankyou so much Dr. Shar! We had an emergency with one of our dogs today. Our vet could or would not take care of him but you did! We will now be coming to you as our vet from now on!
I go to Dr Hall outside of Stronghurst. Very thorough and my animals love him !!
