They treated my dog like she was their own pet. I am so releaved to find a place to take Paddy. We had a terrible experience with our last border. Thank you for being soooooo god to her. She is a little spoiled.
Full disclosure, our pet did not stay at Starved Rock Pet Resort. We planned to and the folks running it were kind and accommodating to a fault. We were very excited to have our labradoodle stay here. The issue was that kennel consisted of a series of outdoor / indoor cages with their bull mastiffs in parallel chain linked cages. As we pulled up, the dogs were barking and biting at each other though the fences. This might be totally fine if your dog mostly lives outside and is used to being around large barking dogs. Very friendly, always feel really good about boarding my dogs here. Really seem to just absolutely love all pets and animals. Large property with outdoor activities for your dogs also. Feels good knowing my dogs are not locked in a kennel while I'm on vacation, having a little vacation themselves.
