Bruce has been my sole technician for my Yamaha C6 ever since it came into my home. I am extremely satisfied with his attention to detail, quality of work, and his professionalism. He has found things that I had not even picked up on and asked me if I wanted it changed or kept the same, and I appreciate that level of respectfulness. Bruce Zale of Excel Piano Service tuned my piano to perfection and now my piano sings like a songbird.
